Saint-Gobain China has been certified as Top Employers China 2015 at a ceremony held on December 15, 2014 in Shanghai and this is the second year for Saint-Gobain to win this honor.
The certification was issued following audit and validation of the Group's Human Resources policy and practices, which included talent strategy, talent planning, enrollment, learning & development, performance management, leadership development, career development & successor management, compensation & benefits and corporate culture.
This year, about 200 companies in China were invited to attend the project and 50 outstanding companies have been certified. Saint-Gobain China was entitled as "Top 5" out of 50 enterprises.
